Registration & fees

The full registration fee (both for members and non members of IOBC, as well as for students) includes participation in the sessions, a participant's package (including the book of abstracts), coffee breaks, lunch, conference dinner, technical visit, bus transfers from the suggested hotels to the Conference site. The accompanying person fee includes the technical visit and conference dinner.

Registration will be opened on the 1st April 2018, with the deadline for early registration on the 15th July 2018. Applications may be cancelled until the 20th August 2018, in which case an 80% refund will be made. There will be no refund for cancellations received after that date.

All payments must be made by using Bank Transfer to the following: CGD - Caixa Geral de Depósitos, IBAN PT50 0035 0542 0000 9975 7307 3 BIC SWIFT - CGDIPTPL and submitting the proof of payment to this email: secretary.xiv.iobc@gmail.com 

* Individual membership or employee of institutions with Institutional or Supporting membership. If you are not an individual member then you may check if your institute is a member of IOBC/wprs at 2018. In case it is, please detail the exact name of the institute that is an Institutional or Supporting member.

** The fee includes IOBC-WPRS membership for one year.

*** A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy.
